Can anyone help me to find a good wholesaler for these?
Has anyone heard of CTO International in China as they have some wicker baskets but not sure if they would be trustworthy.

People are unlikely to give you names of wholesalers who will compete with them. Unless you want very large quantities you might be better to buy from a UK wholesaler. If I were you I would go to the NEC for the Autumn Fair starting this weekend
