Hi guys
I bought my house in Whitefield in North Manchester in June 2007 for 137,000 (I know, at the height of the market).
Does anyone know if there is a website which gives average percentage drop for house prices in the North West?
I know there are lots of other factors to consider but just want a gereral idea of how much my house will have dropped by as I would like to move soon.
Thanks
