Hyundai i20 car radio problems

has anyone else had problems with the radio in their Hyundai? I reported a problem 8 weeks ago, they asked me to take it in so the could have a look. They ordered a new radio and installed that 2 weeks later (it took so long due to high demand apparently). That still didn't solve the problem. I had to take my car in yet again, so they could have another look at it. I left it for the day (9-2), and they were also going to have a look/change the cover on my passenger seat which isnt fitted properly at the head rest (big gap). I went to collect the car and they said they didn't have time to sort the radio, and they hadn't changed the seat. I need to rebook so they can keep it for 2 days tosort the problems. I took it in yesterday (8.30) and was due to pick up today 4.00pm. The garage has just called (15.00) to say they need to get a lead from the radio to the aerial as they've replaced the radio with a new one (which they did 6weeks ago) and it still doesnt work. I'm confused as to what the problem is and has anyone else had any such problems. I darent ask if the seats been sorted. They need to keep the car one more day. so i have to collect tomorrow at 3pm.

It was really unfortunate thing. The service center must act responsibly by making the proper estimation. I think you must have got the solution for your task. I'm having Hyundai i10 which is having solid body.
