Hi all,
On Friday 27th August 2010, I started a car insurance policy with Bell Insurance. I was told my certificate would be sent first class that day. As of Thursday 2nd September still no certificate in the post. Anyone know how long does a certificate take to arrive?
P.S My car has no entry on askmid either.

Certificates can be produced instantly at a push of a button. They may also be able to send you a pdf? If they cant email it then there is not a lot you can do other than wait til it arrives by post.
By all means ring them up to let off steam if you so wish

No - get on to them.
It's the letting off steam that will be water off a ducks back to them - if you even manage to speak to anyone - see their customers thoughts: http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews89479.html0
