Sorry to hear that, I had a similar problem with a holiday to France I won last year. I had won free ferry travel 2 nights in a hotel and car hire. A week before we were due to go I was told the ferry crossing had been cancelled, I was offered an alternative date that wasn't suitable for us. We kept phoning and asking about other dates but no one ever seemed to be available to deal with our enquiry and when we finally get managed to get hold of someone we were told prize had expired.I wonder if it ws the same company. Make sure you keep on chasing that cheque. Good luck,
Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Birmingham Childrens Hospital caring for my tiny and very poorly grandson who was born at 29 weeks. Thanks to them he is getting a little stronger every day.:A:A:A

Promoveritas are a very good promotor, so it's a shame this has happened.

Have you got the original terms and conditions? If so, this might be a job for the IPM. If promotors are allowed to get away with this sort of thing, then it can only get worse...
Best wins: Luxury weekend in Russia, family holiday to France, catered BBQ for 20, Selfridges shopping spree, jolly to Majorca, £1,000 See Tickets vouchers, £500 John Lewis vouchers, five-star weekend in Provence!

Promoveritas were quite apologetic and I think it's down to Atoute France that it kept changing but yes kept all Emails in case I have to chase the £50, just relieved I'm getting something in the end :)

I would have been minded to litigate if necessary to secure the prize as described.
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

To be honest I have that much going on in my personal life just now that I am quite happy just to have this settled :)
