you have to check your policy carefully regarding auto renew. I am with carol nash as they are basically, great.
That makes no difference. The company need to comply with FSA guidelines, and the renewal notice must be sent at a reasonable period before renewal. A few days before is not acceptable, the policy should be cancelled at inception, and all premium refunded. No charges should be entertained, otherwise it should be referred to the FOS. The FSA should still be informed, in case they are trying it on across everybody.0
