boswells 01603 218000 - if you are a member of National Landlords Association you will get a much better deal and a magazine, helpful legal helpline and a great resource of useful info re landlording.0

It doesnt work that way. The cheapest for one person could be the most expensive for another. Different insurance companies have different target areas and they will price accordingly.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

""It doesnt work that way"" - what does work that way is that if you are a member of NLA or any other landlords professional associations you get a significant discount as Boswells buy bulk policies from the huge insurance companies, and we landlords then benefit from economies of scale.
of course i pay different premiums for property in different postcodes, but, i still get the discount.0 -
I am a member of NLA and also the local Landlords Association, I am offered discounts by Boswells,HFIS and another ins co whose name escapes me the best discounts were via my Local Landlord Assoc. The best deal I got was was with HFIS.0

Boswells will calculate whether it is cheaper to join a landlord assoc to get the discount or not.
