Paying now but not able to use until March 2011

Hi All

members of the BRCA (http://brca.org/) that want to race in the governing bodys 1/12th national race series for 2010/11 are being asked to pay the entry fee/fees for 1 or more race meeting that in the worst case they will not be able to use until March 2011 if they enter just one meeting. In some cases people will be forking out £156 to enter all the race meetings now if they want to be sure of a place in the series which spans from October through to March 2011. So if we pay in full your money will be sat in their account rather than mine gianing them intereset and not me however small it is it all helps me out.

So you are paying the competitor's season fees at the beginning of the season the same as the people buying a season ticket to watch something.

When you book a holiday do you keep hold of the money until you step on to the plane?

I don't think paying a maximum of £156 to guarantee your place is that big a deal, is it?

If it's that important then you can't afford to race and shouldn't enter.

If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.

Is there not a local park you can jog around in your budgie-smugglers for free if you are unhappy paying in advance?
