Where to find financial results for a PLC?

Hope I'm posting in the right place - if not, then apologies to the mods and please move this thread to the best forum section!

Just wondered if anyone knows where I can get financial results for the company I work for? It's a PLC, so I thought that it would have to issue results to the stock market (am I right?) and if so, shouldn't those results be in the public domain?

Just trying to assess the company's performance over the past couple of years as I've not had a pay rise since I started there in April 2008 (yeah, great time to start, eh?) and have worked out that my personal inflation in the time I've worked there has been 4.2%, so in effect I'm worse off now than I was two years ago.

Thanks in advance for your help! :)
