Where to find financial results for a PLC?

Hope I'm posting in the right place - if not, then apologies to the mods and please move this thread to the best forum section!
Just wondered if anyone knows where I can get financial results for the company I work for? It's a PLC, so I thought that it would have to issue results to the stock market (am I right?) and if so, shouldn't those results be in the public domain?
Just trying to assess the company's performance over the past couple of years as I've not had a pay rise since I started there in April 2008 (yeah, great time to start, eh?) and have worked out that my personal inflation in the time I've worked there has been 4.2%, so in effect I'm worse off now than I was two years ago.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Does the company's website not have an "Investor Centre" section?
e.g. http://www.btplc.com/Sharesandperformance/index.cfm
Try searching the Web for company_name "annual report"
Otherwise, for a fee

Thanks for the tip - did try Companies House, but got to the point where you pay for a report and thought I'd see if it was available anywhere for nowt ;-) You can tell I'm northern, right?
Cheers for your help!0 -
Google Finance seems to have financial information for most of the companies I've looked at.

Scroll down and on the right hand side there is a section called Website Links, containing some stuff for Investors.0 -
first check their website. usually they have investor relations page. you can always email and request hard copy; often easier to read. I have only been refused a hard copy once in 5 years."enough is a feast"...old Buddist proverb0

Not so in this case. And seeing as it's the company I work for, they might start asking why I'm asking, if you catch my drift....
Thanks for the suggestion though :-)0 -

This site should list last published accounts:-

That just tells you the dates of publication. The actual accounts aren't accessible from that site. As they say about their own site, "This is only a bit of fun".This site should list last published accounts:-
