As long as the course is classed as full time, the answer is "yes". He can also work part time as well as studying without affecting his EMA or your benefits.0

Hi , i have been looking into this situation as my daughter has just started a full time course and has also just started a part time job and it appears that whilst you say that the teenager can work without it affecting the parents benefits , they can only work BELOW 24 hours per week.... 24 hours or more and the parent looses the entitlement to tax credits for them .0
