Possible to recover dos password?

Just wonder possible to recover dos password from an update bios settings. I brought second hand PC I don't know the password is. Taking the pc back and reswap for a new one. If their any way in the mean time please let me know big thanks!.
I have tried removing the battery off the motherbord for about 10 mins should go into safe mode but this one don't. Any other things or programs I could try?.

whats the motherboard model?
Usually there is a Jumper pin on the motherboard that you remove and it resets the password, its located near the BIOS chip.0 -

The desktop don't have any white jumper pins on the motherboard is Intel Desktop Board D865GLC/D865PE50. :eek:
Dose have a single blue jumper just take this out then in again or leave this out?.0 -

Who is the BIOS manufacture? Award, Phoenix etc.. they all have a backdoor password that bypasses any that are set up, which will let you get in the Bios and reset it. Let me know and i'll find out for you

Put the pin back in and restart. :j0 -

Think by Research Machines their main dos password is RM which not allow me to use this password which I tried many times just keeps on failing! because the machine is second hand. :eek:0 -
