hi all just booked my flights to lanzarote for nov 16 for 14 nights, we always book a villa and pay top price, do you think we should hold back and book say 1st nov that would give us better bargaining power, ther is so many villas in lanzarote what do you think thanx ps only 2 traveling

Have you tried https://www.ownersdirect.co.uk for the villa You pay the same price booking way in front or last minute when you book with the owner.
Who do you usualy book with?

genrally book with owner direct or james villas, but im saying at the moment villa is say 500 per week but iwait till november 1st say i wiil get a better deal say 400 per week to take it off there hands.

James Villa often reduce the price but owners dont often reduce it
but one thing to remember is choice will go done.

thanx savapenny i have notieed on james villas website they do reduce there prices, but surely owners direct will reduce prices than no sell at all nearer the date, looking for p d carmen which also costs that bit more.more replies gratefull
