Bluetooth iPhone ISO4

My car has a built in Bluetooth system and I have an iPhone 3GS running iOS4.
Ever since upgrading to ISO4 the Bluetooth signal keeps dropping, yesterday alone I had to reconnect it 8 time on a 50 mile trip.
I think it's the ISO4 it never happened this much before, are others having the same problem or could it be that my Bluetooth system needs a software update?

There has been a problem with iOS 4 and bluetooth connectivity. Happens to me as well. 4.1 should be out next week and the problem should be fixed:)0
