Online return procedures

Ordered a few things from Cocosa and want to return a couple. Had to log on to the website, type in the details and now have to have for them to 'approve' my return and email me a label to include in the box or 'failure to comply will result in the package being refused and the refund not processed'.

I've got today off work so ideally want to go to the Post Office with it today.

Is it even legal for them to refuse the package if I return it?

  • Tricky one. If you are returning under the DSR (which I assume you are) then I do not think they can add terms such as they do below. You need to notify them you want to return under the DSRs (within 7 working days of receipt) and then send them (using a method with provable delivery) and jobs done.

If you are returning outside of DSR under their normal returns then yes they can put terms in such as the ones you mention.
