Spending Money - Orlando

Hey guys,
How much spending money would you need for a 3 week trip to Florida?
Were going theme parks etc.
Would $2000(dollars) be enough?
Family of 3 with 23 month baby.

Is this after you have paid for tickets etc? , it might be bit tight , but very much depends on what you want to do when you are there , what type of restaurants you want to eat at , will you be self catering?
