Of course, however the LR have are not showing falls yet are they?
There was one month in March where it dropped a little, the remaining 6 months were all rises.
Like I've said I think 2010 will be a stagnant year.
Said that at the start of the year.
We do need falls in order for it to be stagnant for the year.:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.

Oh and chucky's gone. Hamish is still around, but the amount of articles posted has dropped to practically zero.
And for your information. They are falling. They are not merely putting some signage up
The forum has gone down the tube GD there are a handfull of proper posters now, I can't be bothered with all so many new users who we all know are not new users, and the same old mud slinging.
One of the reasons I post less is to avoid you. I did contemplate buying a turnip as a substitute to debate against. But that is not MSE so I decided to pretty much slowing down on posting.
who said they had not recorded fall? But what are the 3 month 6month and twelve month views?
Also who predicted rises this year.
As I said GD, you can have this reply, any more and I will have to go veg shopping.
PS they have been falling for the last 3 years. I know because so many told me on here . 0 . 0

First ISTL, and now you. Both having internet breakdowns and blaming me.
 God damn, I rock.
Either that, or house prices must be falling. :think:0

You have a very valid point.
There is not a lot intellectually debated in here.
Makes you wonder what the point is?:wall:

What is the common denominator GD?
Have a good night, I'm reminded once again why it's not worth debating with you.:wall:

I am not blaming you, I am saying I can't be bothered to argue with you about stuff you never accept.
I debated all the way through the 2008 crash, hardly think I would turn tale now. (unlike so many in 2009)
I just see the forum as a poor shadow of itself, house prices seem unlikely to dip below there 2009 low (stagnation more likely).
What is there to debate? how black is black?
If you cant see that the forum is fairly stale now, I will not try to explain. I know that causes difficult situations.:)0

It's been stale for about a year.
We've had an absolute <insert whatever word you like here> fest over house prices rising over the previous 6-9 months.
Now prices take a turn, you have decided it's stale.
That's cool. But it's been stale for ages. How many arguments can people have over trend lines, what stagnation actually means, nominal prices, how much harder it was in the 70's and the aberdeen housing market?
On a personal level, I find it mildy amusing that this is all coming at the same time house prices take a dip, but more importantly, you can't find a forecaster predicting a rise anymore.
Neither can you find a thread about house prices started by Hamish
I'm personally loving it. House's look to be doing the most sensible thing...for everyone. I just hope it continues this time until a reasonable level has been found.
One thing I can predict comfortably, is the forum will be all ok again, if Halifax release data showing a rise this month.0

Perhaps we should rename this place the 'graham devon' forum.0

It has been stale since march 2009 and have said so in the past. I even promised myself I would leave when we came out of recession yet here I still am.
But I have a new project at work, looking at diversifying my products to current customers and having a few family changes some good some bad.
Sorry in all that GD, but arguing with you are not that high on my list.
But yes I expect prices to be the same at the end of the year as the start.
But will you accept I thought that? no you will just make out I predict rises, just like people called me bullish for saying 25-30% falls before.
So I will focus on my life at the moment, and post on here the odd time.
But I cant be bothered debating/arguing with you, that should be good news for all.
And if the quality of the posts are just like this over the next few month..Graham_Devon wrote: »First ISTL, and now you. Both having internet breakdowns and blaming me.
You can see why posting is becoming fairly pointless.
Who had a breakdown? oh no one just you after some stress relief again. See if you can have a night out with Rooney, he may show you other ways than posting on here.
No it won't it will still be a poor shadow of what it used to be.Graham_Devon wrote: »
