I'm sorry I did need mean to come across as arrogant.
The fact is £2000 on a 25 year mortgage of say £150,000 wouldn't make a great deal of difference to monthly payments.
It's an extra £6k to £7k you have to earn, though. Seems like an actual amount of money to me....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

2 consecutive months falls (total of 3 out of 8) is hardly firmed up long term direction.
No, no long-term trend as yet, I agree. But moving in that direction, I think?...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

It is on the front page of the BBC website also. Perhaps they do not see it as quiet as important as Obama calling for middle east peace?
American President calling for Middle East peace doesn't strike me as news....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

These stats and all the others are full of !!!!!! and best ignored.
House prices have been falling not just last month but many months before that as well."The problem with quotes on the internet is that you never know whether they are genuine or not" -

Well I would take it up with the BBC it was the lead story on their website that day.:)
You seem to be posting on here a bit more since prices have started to show signs of falling. 0 0

 "showing signs of falling"
 I love that.
As if you have to wait for some lying thief to publish some figures before something becomes accepted."The problem with quotes on the internet is that you never know whether they are genuine or not" -

It just seems so regular and non-productive to me.
I've been on holiday for the past 11 days, now back. No connection to house prices!...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

You seem to be posting a hell of a lot less. Haven't been embroiled in a yer but no but yer but no but "are you saying" argument for days.
Oh and chucky's gone. Hamish is still around, but the amount of articles posted has dropped to practically zero.
And for your information. They are falling. They are not merely putting some signage up 0 0

My wife viewed a house last saturday on at 240k, it needs about 15-20k spending on it before we could rent it out:
 Stripping out existing kitchen/carpets
 New kitchen
 New boiler
Redecorated top to bottom and externally
 Localised damp proffing (likely)
 Laminate flooring
 New stair carpet
 Minor roof repairs
 Plenty misc minor repairs
 Electrical work and periodical certificate
 Minor garden work
 Minor work to bathroom
 Mortgage/utilities during refurb period
We had a chat about it and we think it is a bit over priced, so I rang the agent yesterday and said we were interested but it wouldn't be worth me viewing if the vendor would not consider an offer around 220k. The agent said, 'no way' so we will see what happens over the next few months, we aren't bothered about walking away if we can't get it at a decent price.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0

Yep that's one of my favourite lines. Its not up to me to get the seller to be happy with the price its up to the EA. In a couple of months, if you are really not fussed and it is still on the market then I wouldn't be surprised if you had a call (as it seems to be in a state of some disrepair anyway and generally buyers avoid them).0
