is there any insurance to protect for property chain buying?

Hi guys
I m buying the property in which there are series of chains . I m selling my property and buying some one else .
I want to know is there any insurance for covering the cost of processing fees (solicitor,survey and other if any ) if the chain breaks because of some one else problems? can any one suggest such insurance
Please sugguest if there are otherways to protect.

Yes there is a type of insurance as we had some mortgage advice from the estate agent as we were thinking of moving and they were going to give it to us for free if we got our mortgage through them, not sure who it was provided by tho0
