kiddivoucher child care vouchers

I use Kiddivouchers to pay for part of my childcare, they take payment from my salary on the first of the month and say that it will be paid to carer on the same day, but this company does not pay until end of month and sometimes not until the start of next month, meaning my childcarer has not been fully paid. They keep saying it is the receivers bank slowing it all up, but i think they are just earning a months interest on everyones wage. What would be best line of approach to make them pay when they stated they would and ensure my carer is fully paid on time.
