my sister has broke my printer :mad: she 'printed' one document 14 times, she kept one and then jammed the printer, shut the case/door and didnt tell me, anyway i have unjammed it but one of the documents will not cancel/delete :mad: how can i fix it, my brother says i will have to unistall the printer and reinstall it.... is that the only way :rolleyes:

For future reference, I've found that just restarting the computer usuallly sorts this kind of problem.0

I've worked for seventeen years in IT and if I had a pound for every time restarting a PC has fixed the problem ............ I would have been able to retire years ago lol0
