hi
My husband has got to work in gibraltar as a glazier for possibly 6 weeks.
What type of insurance can I buy to cover him for accidents, treatment & flight home in the worst case senario.
many thanks

You maybe able to get a travel insurance policy that will cover him. I say maybe as some insurers will not cover manual work. You will have to do a bit of ringing around. You could try PJ Hayman, Citybond, JS Insurance or Worldnomads. Not sure if you will get the manual work covered but worth a try. You could always take a standard travel policy to cover everything other the manual work and take an EHIC card (Formerly E111) to cover medical issues. As your partner is working in Gibraltar the rules maybe slighty different as its British. Check with Gib tourist board they might be able to help.I am an Insurance & Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Hi there, Yael from WorldNomads.com here! Depending on your husband's country of residence we might be able to help him with insurance. If you wanted to shoot through an email to askus@worldnomads.com specifying his residency I will be able to help further!
Cheers, Yael0 -
