I do agree, it's a joy when they text you to confirm arrival time, are always on time at least (nb I order the very late night, £1 delivery slots cos they are always a bit early so you don't really have to wait up dressed til 11pm ;-) and always cheery and polite. Can't rate them highly enough, my only Q was can I afford them but i think you are all right, it is worth it. Got another email this week offering 15% off, will probably have to wait a while for another 20% off...

I err....don't think that's how the world works love...

"well folks...a poor quarterly statement again, we've lost another £1.2million....but erm...the customers like us apparently..yay?.....ney:(."

Well then I think they should disregard their shareholders and reincorporate as a charity, making sure they include in their objects the keeping of the chomeurs of the UK well stocked with fine wines and smoked salmon.

First Ocado delivery and I am very pleased. Text to say what the drivers name was.:D..what his van reg was:rotfl:, and that I had one sub.

He arrived on time, was really pleasant, offered to carry the boxes to the kitchen, apologised for one sub, and said it rarely happens:T and wished us a really nice day. The food looks much better quality than either Tesco or Asda, downside is it is more expensive. Great first expereince though.
  • i love ocado. i got the 20% voucher too - bought mainly waitrose home brands and offers, i got 120 pounds of shopping for 80 quid. i dont buy champagne and smoked salmon just normal stuff. the waitrose cheap stuff is so good and tasty

by far the best online supermarket

I think it may depend upon where you live.I always get 15% except for the first time where I got £30 off a £80 shop
