Hiya, you can't actually see if the buyer has a strike...if ebay have told you they have issued one that means that hte buyer has received one. Best thing to do now is leave negative feedback informing that a non-paying bider report has been filed.

If they didn't respond during the dispute they can't leave you a neg - their comment would remain if they tried to leave you a neg but your rating would be unaffected and Ebay state next to their comment that Ebay have removed the rating due to them not responding.0

i think strikes are for ebays ratings and not for members to see, as its three strikes and your out,If you want the rainbow you have to go through the rain.

Ebay don't tell the likes of us how many strikes it takes before you're out. It varies depending on the account.
Having a strike does make it harder for people to bid on further auctions. This is a good thing.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0
