You are suing THEM remember for the inlawful charges they have taken from YOU ... its your money so go for all of it.

I am claiming back my charges and going through court as we speak. Write back and say thanks bit no thanks to their letter and that you want the full amount ... it is your money after all.

I am claiming just under £800 from Cahoot and I want ALL my money back including the 8% and the court costs. I too had been charged before the court stage and so added that onto my claim.

I have kept every letter from day one that I have sent them and the responses I have. If they send you a letter saying they have charges you again, file it away with the others (in order) and claim that too.

Don't give up ... claiming through court etc seems really scary but no bank is YET prepared to fight in court and set a precedent to showing how much it costs them etc, so go for it.
