in honesty i dont no if she would give consent i no what she like

Not sure what would happen re child support via the CSA, if she didn't do a DNA test. Might be worth looking into it further ;)

The birth certificate to a degree has no bearing whatsoever on child support, yes he can request a DNA at cost to him. Personally it sounds like t!t for tat.

It might not have much bearing on csa, but if he's not named on the cert, and it now seems she's poss not shy when it comes to getting her undies off, i'd want to make sure the baby was mine before shelling out more money. Seems she's keen to bleed him dry. If he is the father, he deserves to have his name on the certificate. If she's happy to take his money and play games with the baby as the pawn. He deserves equal rights that's all i'm saying.

Then he needs the snip! :rotfl:

You could argue what type of bloke is he ;) 2 kids to 2 different women. Wonder how quick he was to drop his undies? and actually not use anything either.

Suddenly two years on he now has doubts to whether he is the father to child 1  didn't dispute this at the beginning?

I can't see how "he deserves" to be on a birth certificate?

And again money and contact are two seperate issues, so she can carry on getting child support for the next 14 years and deny any contact if she so wishes, because if we are honest here a NRP PR aren't really worth the paper they are written on.

  • So I can stop the NRP seeing our child consequence-free? I'm doubtful that that's true.

A PWC can make things very difficult for a NRP if they so wished, how many PWC have been thrown in jail for not adhering to a court order ;)

If he stops paying, she would have to go through the csa. When he got his maintenance enquiry form, he could dispute parentage and as far as i know the csa would arrange a dna test. If th pwc refuses, they would close the case because she has clearly got something to hide because shes not complying. Otherwise why would she not agree?. The only problem would be she would probably stop access to his child in the meantime. He is definitely paying far too much, but both cases would need to be with the csa to only pay 20% of his net wage.
