I think i just received my WEM in my spam folder.

Make sure you don't hit reply to all. I can see loads of other peoples email addresses!!!

I dont really understand what has gone on!

I got another email 1 hour after my wem stating:

Dear Winner,

Regarding the email this morning, please let me apologise that other peoples email address were included on your email.

This was due to an error when sending the emails, the email address should have been placed in the BCC line rather than the TO line.

Please delete all emails you receive about your prize unless it specifically comes from either [EMAIL="P&GCompetitions@diss.net"]P&GCompetitions@diss.net[/EMAIL] or [EMAIL="Clewis@diss.net"]Clewis@diss.net[/EMAIL] .

Again, please accept my sincere apologises for this error.

Now, I dont know wether I should reply to the first email with my details or to send it to p&gcompetitions@diss.net. I have sent them an email in order to make sure that im not just sending my details to anyone so I will see what reply I get before replying with my address.

Hitting [Reply] will send response to [EMAIL="P&GCompetitions@diss.net"]P&GCompetitions@diss.net[/EMAIL]. The reason for the second eml, I gather, is because of confidentiality issues. All other winners should have been blind copied.........but someone at the clearing house messed up & we all got to see each others' email addresses. We're being asked to delete anything that doesn't come from either of the 2 specified email addresses - presumably 'cos they're worried someone will hit [Reply all]. So I wouldn't worry about spammers - I think it's more a case of Diss being worried about falling foul of Data Protection legislation!
