It is more thats why it is handy to know it if you dont like talkin oin the phone - im just lazy if it can be done online then i opt for that option! cos there is nothing worse than having to repeat yourself if they can hear you, making you you feel like an idot (well thats my veiw any ways ) lol

Ha yeh it is annoying when you can't hear some people. But its the idiots who are on speaker phone and stand a mile away that annoy the crap out of me. Not only can you hear your own voice repeating, but they are hardly talking down the phone.

I don't tend to repeat the order, if a customer is well known they will say I want this this and this. I say, is this your address? They say yes, I say its £x amount, 30minutes. All done in less than 20 seconds. Extremely useful :-)

The other annoying thing is people asking for deals, when they ordered less than a week ago (we stick menus on all the boxes. the menus have deals inside them). And I spend a minute or 2 reading out the deals that are on the Menus!

Yeah thats why I hate it - but the dominos from me, no offence but they are slow with speach and that irritates me more, esp when the repreat everything back!

I never used to do that with my ordersw when I used to irder over the phine as I knew what ever i ordered they would out which way was the cheaper option and suggest sticking something else on cos they had a deal which gives you this , tis OH and do you want this which I always said yes to cos i love Dominos Pizza - but im a plain jane really - veggie supreme all the way - BUT can you stick some ham and pineapple on there too please ha ha.

Haha yeh. I always order the same thing whenever I ring. If you do that you can get the time down to 10 seconds. Quickest I've done is 8 seconds.

"Dominos Pizza Olly speaking how can I help?"
"Same as last time"
"Ok is it blah addres"
"Yes"
"£x, 30minutes bye"

Its that easy!

However, the actual script we are meant to use is a lot longer than that and if we had a mystery shopper we would get told off !!! (but if we do it all right, with the script etc. then we can win £100...)
