Hi all,
Radio 2's Jeremy Vine programme is about to discuss PPCs at motorway service stations who [STRIKE]fine[/STRIKE] invoice motorists who take a nap as advised by the Highway Code and overstay their welcome.
Perhaps now is the time for the more vocal of you to call or txt in to the programme to educate millions of listeners as to the legality of these PCNs. Jeremy already used the 'f' word on air, so we should set the record straight
The article is expected to be broadcast around 12:30pm and you can listen live here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/console/radio2/
Call in on 0500 288291 or text the show on 88291. Calls are free from most landlines, though some networks and mobile operators will charge. Texts cost your standard message rate, though check with provider for exact costs.

Well done to the listener "Austin" who got his view in just as the programme ended. He quoted on behalf of MSE posters that the invoices are unenforcable.

Mind you, some of shocking TV Licencing threats the BBC send out almost makes CP Plus seem reasonable.0

When "BBC experts" on issues such as these are the likes of Dom Littlewood it does make you wonder.
I can't believe how ignorant and arrogant these journalists are.0
