  • yeah thanks, just googled them, notice they mention Pet insurance, which I have with Sainsburys and the amount is the same as my monthly payment, dont know why they would be giving me money back though.
  • maybe your premiums have dropped because they've discovered your dog has superpowers.

Hi there as a guy in the know...it will be either an overcharged premium for your pet policy or a payment return for a cancelled policy..you need to ring bdml connect who act as agents and administrators for sainsburys they sell, manage and organise underwriters for sainsburys pet insurance business. When you took out the policy you would of been informed of what company name would appear on your direct debit everytime you made a payment for your pet insurance. If you contact them and quote your pet reference number policy they will be able to check and tell you why you recieved this payment....Hope this helps...mail me if you need the contact number...

You're not helping with this advice it's silly. If the dog had superpowers the premiums would go up. How many times did superman and other heroes and villains face impending death or injury? Superpowers seem to increase the risk to the possessor so would require higher premiums. :D
