Can anyone tell me what happens to unpaid loans when you retire. Are they repaid out of your pension???
I am approaching 62 and started my loan in 2009/10 - i am on a 4 year course and when i finish university i will probably not be able to work due to age and jobs market reluctance to employ someone within 1 year from retirement age!!
From my understanding of the rules pre 2005 loans would automatically be wiped out at 65 but what happens to those incurred post 2005??????:rotfl:
