Hello All
I have a quick question we have signed up with EA on 18th June and signed a 26 week sole agency contract. We are now approaching 12 weeks. as they have had reasonable time to sellt he property am I able to instruct another agent also to act as multi agent?
Our situation is we need to sell up asap ( dh is working away in week we have 2 young children and no 3 is on the way as well) and in the 11 weeks we have had 3 viewings. So I am not overly impressed so far. We have dropped the price down by 5k but not had much luck. We have had one offer but they need to sell first and we arent in a position to wait for them to sell so rejected.
Thanks in advance

You have entered into a sole agency contract for 26 weeks, so unless the contract states you can terminate the contract early, then you are stuck with this afgent for another 14 weeks."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
