Reasonable quote for a porch

I am thinking of having a new porch on the front of the house.It would be 2mx3m and I'd like it to open directly into the house rather than be seperated by a door so I understand I would need to get permission?
What sort of price should I expect to pay including a gabled roof, upvc door and window, possibly with a toilet and small window.The porch would be situated within 1-2 metres of our drains so access should be pretty easy.
