If streetview had been around when I bought last year there is one house I viewed I certainly would not have bothered with.
To get a feel for what an area would be like I chucked the postcode into upmystreet. The area sounded alright but when I got to the street I thought I had taken a wrong turn and gone to the local tip by mistake.
The house itself though was really nice but it was the only one the whole street that looked like it had been cared for.0
