Missing programme "ACRORD32.EXE"

I have a problem with my computer when I try to download files:
The following message shows
"Windows cannot find ACRORD32.EXE
This programme is needed for opening files of type PDF file"
When I try to find the location of ACRORD32.EXE it seems to have disappeared.
Can anyone help!
