Anyone know what it means?
My status on both orders is "ready to send". One is apparently not in stock and its not even changed:beer: If I say something you like....Please hit the thanks button :beer:0 -
Smiths called this morning to tell me my order was in store & ready to collect. Hadn't ordered online from them before & what was going on with the order was unclear - but it's worked out well in the end. Hope everyone else's do too.0

Just be a bit careful that you cancel any orders that they tell you are not in stock as they will bill you and send it later. I ordered a book as a Christmas present for my sister. They told me the next day that it wasn't in stock so I ordered it elsewhere as it is a reasonably easy to get hold of book. I have just had an email today saying that they are still looking for my book and will send it when it arrives. I have now cancelled the order as I don't need a 2nd one.0

I ordered jigsaw puzzles in the sale before Xmas. Some were in stock some were not. Ones in stock took about 3-5 days to come (from Jersey I think) and the rest were despatched over a number of weeks. Not the fastest company to deal with, and one of my puzzles arrived damaged. Please God, help me stop spending!0

They didn't do that with me - I ordered some stationery sets in their sale which took nearly 3 months to despatch:eek: by which time I'd forgotten about the order - till they emailed me during a very lean week to say they couldn't take a payment for my items. Not impressed!0 -

Yup, so as if necro-bumping wasn't bad enough, they've necro-bumped a thread that's in the wrong sub-forum...great! :rotfl:0
