:mad:What is everyones experience of them? I have ordered 2 things (pencil case being sent to store and a filofax coming from Jersey). For past 5 days they have said "ready to send" but have not been despatched. Have emailed them but no reply. Are they normally this slow? I need the pencil case for when my daughter goes back to school next week

I ordered stuff from them at Christmas, the money was taken straight out, got an email confirming order and despatch, then a couple of days later got and email saying the item was out of stock and wouldn't be back in, took ages to get my money back and the order cancelled-haven't used them since!0

I ordered recently for the first time with no problems. Received quickly and nicely packaged.0

when things are regular priced, they are pretty fast. But if they are huge discount, they sometimes take 3-4 weeks before they arrive. I've had instances where I forgot about the purchase and then they turn up.0

I ordered some items last week in the clearance
Took about 3 days to change from ready to send but they were attempted to be delivered the next day (same day that I got the email)
Had some items missing and getting no response

I wasn't impressed when I placed my one and only order with them. It was only for 3 things which were all showing as in stock and one of them was my main reason for ordering with them. Only 1 of the items arrived (which wasn't the main thing I wanted), then a notice to say they couldn't get the 2nd thing, then another notice to say they couldn't get the 3rd item (which was the main item I wanted). So I ended up paying more in postage than the actual item I received!!! Wrote to them about it and never had a reply.
Will definitely stick with amazon, they have always been spot on :j.0 -

I made my first ever Smiths 'deliver to store' order on 24 August. Its current order status is 'confirmed' - unfortunately their Where is my Order info page doesn't list confirmed as a status.
Anyone know what it means?0 -
I placed one order in April for a sketch book my son wanted. Told it was ready to dispatch .... and STILL not got it even though website says in stock soon!!0

They are useless....called twice today (told once items sent, called again and they now cancelled one as its out of stock and the other maybe sent soon). Complete muppets. Will NEVER use them again:beer: If I say something you like....Please hit the thanks button :beer:0
