I wonder whether it's worth mentioning to the banks the impact that Huntingdon's has on people's behaviour? In my experience and knowledge people become very impulsive and need instant gratification. Their personalities change. Because this is linked to the disease it's not entirely within their control. Maybe the banks would look more kindly on you because he may not have been thinking logically when he did this? Or maybe I'm a bit naive and business is business?
