    Hi andyandflo. The word "and" isn't quite right. The reason for selling must be in order to continue occupation. If selling and continued occupation are merely coincidental, that isn't enough.

    Absolutely!! I agree that your wording is spot on. And I would be surprised that people would not consider other options first. Mind you nothing really surprises me any more!
