Why would someone be so determined to buy from them? They aren't the cheapest, and they don't give a satisfaction guarantee. The only thing that makes them popular is that they have very good web site optomisation which puts them high up on google.0 -

Hi Tim, their prices are pretty good and they offer free next day delivery. A friend of mine has used them before and said they were very good. Ive read many reviews on trustpilot of them and the vast majority are very positive.
Im not looking for any trouble I just joined to see if anyone could give me a discount code.
Thanks

I'm not saying their service is bad at all, I'm just saying that there are many other on line retailers with lower prices, and much better terms and conditions. So it is worth shopping around. After all you could buy a mattress from them, and have excellent customer service, but then find that the mattress doesn't suit you at all, and you are stuck with it, because once you have unpacked and slept on it they won't take it back.0 -

I know some say dont go silent night, but I have tried it instore, and happy for a guest bed...... i dont feel i can buy another brand without trying, and i dont have much time the weekend..... if anybody does know of this mattress anywhere cheaper, that does next day delivery, I would appreciate a tip off !! Just because the mattress is comfortable in the store doesn't mean that it will be in 18 months time (the problem with Silentnight is reliability).
If I were you I would stay away from big brand names and big chain stores if you want good quality at a low price, and shop on line from a seller who gives a proper satisfaction guarantee that allows you to actually unpack and sleep on the mattress. This way it is in their interest to make sure that you make the right choice the first time.0 -

I wouldn't buy the Snuggle range. They are cheap imports that are actually imported by the same company as mattressman, and then re-labled.0 -
Hi Tim,
I think we all appreciate your expertise in the field of mattresses, the difficulty for me is that I have looked online and can't find much in my range apart from the named brands, I have done quite a detailed search online. If you or anyone can give any specific makes/models to what to go for, I would be more than happy to take this advice. I'm after a double, on the firm side (or firm), for as little as possible (but under £150), for a guest bed.
Thanks. :jSnootchie Bootchies!0
