Royal mail recorded Delivery delivered but no signature.

Hi,

If royal mail deliver a parcel but don't show parcel delivered and no signature on their web site. They have charged me for a service I did not receive. Am I entitled to refund of the recorded payment or the whole postage? Their forms don't have this option to claim. Any suggestions as we have a load of parcels not showen as delivered.

Just use the normal claim forms and write on them what you are claiming for. Recorded delivery is renowned for not getting a signature a significant amount of the time so in most cases is not worth the extra money. You get the same amount of insurance for loss £41 on non recorded parcels.

Anything worth more than that should go special delivery anyway.
