Kitchen help please - Wickes vs. Howdens

Trying to decide and could do with any advice you have please.
We've been quoted £4200 for Wickes Tiverton Bone range which has 20mm carcasses and doors are solid oak. The other range we're looking at is Howdens Burford Cream which I think I'm right in saying is 18mm carcasses and not solid oak? Think the quote for that from Howdens was about £3500.
Which would you go for and is there another Howdens kitchen more similar to the Tiverton Bone?
Thanks
The Wickes sale supposedly finishes Thursday so want to decide by then.

the wickes is 18mm also. the tiverton door is a good quality. the howdens i dont fit them nowerdays. the wickes kitchens are soft close with blum fittings as standard the howdens are not. go back into wickes and see if they can move the figure towards the 3.5k.0

you could try Benchmarx who supply Wickes( part of the same company in fact). You'd need to open an account though as, like Howdens, they serve the tradeArgentine by birth,English by nature0
