Help please.. Got my house on the market as i need a bungalow due to health reasons, but I still work full time. It's been up since january and there's no takers. I've reduced the price but still nothing. I've now got people interested in renting but I need the equity for a deposit on a new property or a 99% mortgage on a new property any advise at all welcome

reduce the price even more then. It is obviously over priced.
failing that, speak to the bank and see what they can do, or even better rent somewhere else0
