Best method to send 7000 Euros to a Netherlands Account

I need to send 7000 Euros to a account located in the Netherlands would the best way to do this be:

Do an International Payment through my UK bank Account.
(The account in Netherlands is not my own)

Maybe CurrencyFair.com ??

You can set you limit for exchange rate.

Often the biggest hit is the transfer fee from your bank when you 'send' the money.
