Can't add to ignore list

Options
Am trying to add a member to my ignore list. I enter the username and click OK and get told that the username has not been found in the member list. However, When I go and search the members list, it is there. What am I missing?

The easiest way to add someone is to:

    1. Go to one of their posts
    2. click on their user name to bring up their profile
    3. Click on Add "xxx" to ignore list
    4. Click "yes"

There isn't an option to add to ignore list - I was looking for one of those but couldn't find one.

There are two little white downward arrows on a user's profile, one is send message and the other is user lists, click on lists and it gives two options, add to contacts or add to ignore, click on add to ignore.

Oooo - maybe it's because I'm on the old forum settings and not the upgraded one (didn't upgrade earlier this summer). With mine, it's automatically on the member's profile.

Try Edinburghlass' suggestion perhaps for the new forum settings?
