Hi won one of these on the draw for the 17th Nov and telephoned them to claim prize on the 18th and was told would be despatched as soon as they had the stock, as yet have not heard from them and emailed them to query this last Thurs as from this forum know people have been receiving them, as yet no response. Has anyone else who won at this time received theres yet! Would be grateful for any help/info!

Just received a response from Rob to my enquiry:

Some ended up going out today so it might be tomorrow / Wed that you get it now.

I havent got mine yet and i won on the 1st November, we have to allow 28 days for delivery

i won on the 25th. but i calculate 28 days....the 22nd november! so next monday hopefully. im guessing they take the full 28 days? :j

I won on the 22nd October. Just found an email in my spam box from an unknown sender. Opened it and it is the tracking details from Fedex for the iphone. So hopefully yours is also on the way.

Just for info they have lost my hubby's details somewhere in the system so we waited patiently for 28 days to be told they don't have him down on the list, despite the phonecall etc.

It is worth checking if you are coming up to the 28 day window I think, their systems are clearly not infallible. They are now checking his claim.
