Have you signed out of your mums account? i use two emails one for me and one for my mum you need to sign out at the top right hand corner then click win an iphone again and it will ask for youe email/password again

Thing is, Me and the other half both have iphone 4's.

So I may just sell this and keep the money

yeah she clicked on sign out, i then clicked on the big yellow win button and inputted the code and pressed enter, thats when i got the error message, even before i got to the login page, i even closed the browser window and opened a new one

as no one else that is entering more than 3 times per household has replied with problems im guessing it was just a blip and i will try afresh after dinner

Maybe try clearing your cookies after your mum has entered, it might help.

How come everytime I log in I have to fill in my address again. Its says
address could not be loaded in red at the bottom. Is this normal?? but it works, I still get confirmation email. Is it just me or am I doing something wrong here

thanks CC, but it should be fine, been working for nearly a month now with no worries about cookies or anything else

am going back in again now,, will see what it does, will clear cookies tho and report back if im still having troubles
