Secondly I'm not sure if anyone has said this, but re: the missing e-mails I asked them about it and they said that you should get the e-mails within 24 hours and to let them know if you don't. I've not had time to check back and see if I'm still missing LEMs after 24 hrs yet but thought I'd update everyone 0 -

Been trying for a few days and nada. Last night my OH broke my iphone 3GS trying to fit a replacement battery.. he severed a crucial ribbon which will no doubt cost a motherload to replace. So so gutted
it's 3 months before my contract is up too.
