LHA not gone into account today

Is this likely to be due to the Bank Holiday?
I have been trying the council for about an hour now but I am just on hold.
I have not received a double/early payment, and have regularly received LHA for about 3 months now..........

its possible the bank holiday has messed it up,see if its paid in the next 24 hours then phone when they are quiet0

I was told that the payment was made monday but due to the bank holiday would be in the account wednesday.
Seems strange that they dont do what most other benefits do and pay early?
