                    Hi All,
We have recently started the process of reclaiming ppi, we had numerous loans with Beneficial finance over a number of years so believe we are owed quite a lot of money.
After our first letter to HFC they sent us a questionnaire which we duly sent back recorded delivery. Hubby has spent most of the morning on the the phone to HFC who were insisting they did not recieve the paperwork. A quick check via royal mail tracking shows the letter was signed for on the 11th of August.
Hubby phones HFC back and gives them the tracking number, a few hours down the line they admit yes it was signed for but has now dissapeared ! They are sending out another questionnaire which they have said we should not send back recorded delivery as then it "goes to the wrong department " ! Obviously we will be sending it back recorded otherwise we have no record to prove we have sent it !
Just really peed off, dont see why we should have to fill out yet more paperwork because of their mistake ! We firmly believe this is a delaying tactic by HFC in the hope that we will just give up !
Sorry for the long post, does anyone have any advice ? Im currently recovering from major surgery and could really do without HFC pretty much taking the pee !
Thanks for reading.
Christine.

 Hi Christine
Sorry to hear of your issues here, you do not need this in your position.
I would contact the FOS and make them aware, and maybe they will also write to them on your behalf, just let them know what you have said above, tell them its putting a huge amount of distress on to you, and you do not need this due to the fact of previously going through major surgery.
Hopefully they will contact them on your behalf, give it a go anyway, good luck.
