Amazon are doing a sale on electricals this weel and I'm sure they had a 1 gig card for 10.99 and 2 gig for 20.99 - not sure about postage but if you go over 20.00 isn't that free?0

I got the 2gb card the other day and it works great in my digi camera.
I bought some of the MyMemory "133x" 1Gb cards a while back and sadly their speed is actually only about a third to half as fast as the 66X Corsair 512Mb card I have. I would have sent them back but I needed to use them before I could have obtained replacements. I now don't trust the speed rating of obscure branded cards, so I am looking for bargain decent branded replacements.Joe

Thanks for this Joe, I was planning on buying one of these. Did you do real world tests or copy data from computer to card and viceversa?
I have the new Panasonic FZ50 which makes 'REAL' use of these high speed cards plus I really want a 2gig card, this camera takes 5mb images:eek: and means I 'only' get just over 200 images on a 1gig, thats not many when your shooting at a motorsport event, in which I usually take over 600 a day:oThe early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.0 -

I noticed that with my FZ20 that the shots started to lag after a few frames in burst mode, that never happens with the Corsair card. Also writing to the computer was considerably slower, so I did some rough experiments and the card was very clearly slower, about 2-3 times slower to read/write to/from the computer via the built in card reader. I didn't go further than that because I figured there wasn't much point - the 133x card was slower than the 66x. Maybe the 66x card is under-labled speed wise - yeah right, like that's likely ;-)Joe

Hey a Panny photography buddy
Thanks....... looks like I wont bother with it then, although I wonder whether if their returns service is decent enough I may just have a go at one and then complain like He*l when it is slower than my Viking Elite Pro!The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.0 -

I bought this exact card from http://www.techfever.co.uk/products.asp?partno=6815 and it is good - I even copied a movie to it and it plays on my new divx dvd player through the memory card reader slot! It comes to £16.26 inc delivery from there, so the big pockets deal is good as it includes free delivery!0 -
